From the CC, I believe his wording was "qualify" for an uplisting by end of 2014 which to me says that they will have all the numbers ready but probably won't actually be uplisted until the following year.  Does anyone know how long it would take after having the numbers to actually be uplisted?  Weeks/Months after paperwork?
