Unfortunately, this blog was just created and typed by somebody with no credentials.  I own lots of Baltia already and do believe the Rooster will fly by early 2015. That being said, a random blog on the internet doesn't mean anything unless it's being linked back to and it has followers who actually read the blog.  These articles are well written and informative but need to come from more reputable sites in order for us to see any PPS increase or Baltia hype beginning.  Just a word of advice from somebody in the PR and social media industry.
