A company should not base its hope and increase in pps on a measly $750K possible judgment that may never be collected from the defendants.  Find good leases, positive financing, drill, produce oil & gas, and you will see explosion in pps.  Sometimes this company comes across as a laughing matter, but they seem to be learning from their experiences. Perception regarding the company used to be much, much worse. May be, and just maybe, they are turning the corner after so many years. But sometimes, it’s like, boy, give me this thing, and its resources (no matter how scant albeit considerable), and I will turn it around.  I really feel for the longs and hopefully they will be handsomely rewarded for their indefatigable energy, effort, focus and support of this corporation.
