Well I am from Upstate, NY and know cold too! Panama has warmer water and more bikini's, as a single guy like me has to be on the prowl! I am moving back in a month or so to NY. Maybe when summer hits, I can come and hang out with you & sis? Not too far of a drive, to come and fish for some good eats!
