Mr. Freitas, from a structural standpoint, eliminating 99.5% of Hayward’s Preferred C shares and preparing the strategy for the first phase of the stock buyback program, are indeed pretty significant announcements; and that is just the beginning! We’ve not even yet discussed the second phase of the buyback and how it will support our efforts to avoid an unwarranted reverse. Structurally, we are trying to do all that we can to protect our shareholders and support future operations. NOW, as it regards operations… no, we’ve not yet made any ‘significant’ announcements other than completing our final payments. But stay tuned, because they too [operational announcements] are coming.
