Ask yourself why O&H mounted brutal attacks and/or extreme pressure on MMJ collectives, their landlords and even their cash delivery companies that exceeded anything before them in terms of money and manpower brought to bear. Huge sums and the full force of gvt fueled a fed reign of terror on MMJ for over 4 1/2 years. If you say, follow the money to Mehico and Big Pharma, you might be right.
