From my understanding, we had RIGHTS to that land in Belize until Jan 31st.  After that, assuming we didnt extend the lease, the rights go back to Princess and they can divy the rights out to another driller.  If that new driller were to hit oil, we (Treaty) would get reimbursed for our costs ONLY over the life of our prior lease.  Are these comments correct?
