last july was the 52 week high.  There are twice as many shares now but we are making a small profit.  It will be my guess when we start drilling again we will see a small run to .03 - .07.  After all the court shenanigans are over.  People have to buy more than what is being sold.  If we had finished 1 well in Belize pps would be .25  or higher.  The bashers are working with Government agencies to take us out.  It is going to be up to TECO to execute their plan and we will see some improvement.  I am not looking for any improvement until the middle of this month.
