No.  He only indicated they were recorded buys after hours and not actual trades. I said 17million buys get recorded after hours.  The stock would have closed green instead of red.  Plus I indicated the major shorting campaign going on as the potential reason for this.  It can be said with certainty it was the exchange that was involved in this recording and not IHub.
