Just presented our SKTO case to a Scottrade Broker kid.  Office manager was out for the day. I Have a report with her.  Anyway, I showed him the all buy after hour trades that took place.  I indicated to him that the detailed quote page and the trade page of Scottrade also showed the volume to be increasing after hours.  He pulled up their Time and Sales page which confirmed buys came in after hours. A whole lot of them. He just said the trades were just being recorded after hours.   I will contact their national center to press the issue.
