I'm having a kind of a bad night here.  My computer keeps crashing.  First it won't do what I tell it, then it won't turn off, and then it won't turn back on.......ugh
I finally got to talk to someone at Etrade who had no idea what I was talking about.  Gave me the pat answers, then went and got someone else to talk to me.  Their story is that market makers and "institutions" can trade OTC afterhours.  I said I didn't understand why it seemed to be sector wide and I wanted to know how it could be that so many companies would do the same *unusual, but possible* thing on the same day at the same time.  He said he didn't know, that he would look into it and call me back.  I had to run out to a meeting.  I just got back and no call from him.
