There isn't and never has been any afterhour trading of OTC stocks. Form T trades of OTC stocks does not mean they are afterhour trades. If a trade commences during regular hours of the OTC (9:30am - 4pm E.T.), but is executed more than 90 seconds after the final bell, that trade will be listed as a Form T trade. Only listed stocks (NYSE, American, Nasdaq)  genuinely trade and are executed after hours.
