I want to know why stocks that do not trade afterhours are listing THOUSANDS of out of sequence trades over an entire sector.  This is no accident.  I don't want to guess at what it means.  I want to know.   Still can't get thru to Etrade.  Doesn't anyone have a broker they can get on the phone?
