Well, there shouldn't be any issues getting 50%.  I haven't voted yet so I don't know if it states the terms, but it shouldn't be one vote per person.  It is based on the number of shares and I think each share gets one vote, correct me if I am wrong, but I believe I read this in the corporate by-laws at one point.  Therefore, the main shareholders control the vote and as long as they vote to maintain the share structure for 2 years we should reach 50% easily.
