We will be posting updates very soon. While Mr.Ortiz helped the company while he was here, the company was in business before he came on-board, and the company is still in business and growing after his departure. The content that we acquired with Clark, is being processed and so is the 3D app. Clark is focusing on SWRF, because TDEY is now ready with new acquisitions and a full new management team. If you observe the past, Clark and I worked hard to operate several of these companies, and then, ( by design), hired new CEO's and management to carry on the PLAN! ( Just look at PBHG, PRPM and now TDEY).

We should see Clarks departure as a positive and not a negative. As we explained in PR, Clark and his crew will complete what they started for TDEY and the new management will continue the implementation of the business plan and fulfill our goals and objectives.

The management and I are very comfortable and excited about the company's future and the overall market segment and our direction.
