Would someone please explain to me why the rash of "no bid" shells has only to put out a pr declaring "we are now in the MJ business" sends pps off to the races. Cases in point. HNSS, today announcing PRPM. who's next NBVG? These are all stock selling entities whose claim to fame is pr blitz followed by mass dilution then no bid, reverse split. Then start all over. New eyes come in and the pumping begins anew as though some great new discovery has been found. I am truly perplexed.
