Yep.  Also makes a lot of sense that delays would happen as the godammned geezers in congress learn to listen to the actual people they represent….too many other interests getting left behind for this to all go down without a fight.  But the people have spoken, looking forward to the rest of the country and my wasted tax dollars getting on board.
