I dont get why people dont understand the ground up planning of anything..look at a condo..simple really..u see nothing above ground for weeks sometimes months. gee better abandon that project..just aint moving fast enough..oh darn we missed the deadline..do u know how many deadlines r actually met on time? few..but that doesnt mean the building stops.
