That is part of the MM's plan; sell short to get down to those bids. Those bids then buy, immediately, but are painted as a sells. The MM's also want to trigger the stop loss orders (which in level 3 they CAN SEE). So easy it's a joke. There is a SOLID reason Scottrade doesn't allow stop orders on OTC pennies; MM's see them and can easily manipulate down to snag them. As a novice investor you would not know this. Agent did a screenshot of this forced bid buying. It was within 10 minutes of closing and the one MM just walked the ask right down to snag those bids. Painted red close for the day.
