The reason TECO stock has been going down
is the simple fact that Treaty has given nobody any reason to buy it. That simple...
Now, if I were speculating, I might say that the reason they have not provided much good info is that it they did and the share price did ascend, their case against the bankruptcy bashers might very well receive little attention or little in reparations from a judge. Suppose you were trying to prove that someone had harmed the value of your company, would you go on a news binge and have the share price go up? Of course you wouldn't.
This might be way off base, but given the recent activities at Treaty, it seems as if there should be far more good news to report than we have seen.
