He said in a press release that he was going to do a large share retirement of roughly 1B shares. That was 2 years ago. But it would not surprise me if he does it. I agree for this to go to 5 cents or higher. a huge share reduction will be needed either by retirement or by a reverse split or combination thereof. If he does the reverse split as part of an uplist to OTCQB and he is making good money on the financials then I dont think it would hurt at all, especially if its only 10:1 or 5:1
