Actually it is not whining. When you present the facts, and people think your whining is the issue with them.
Also the 52M shares from the 10Q in sept 2013 says stock compensation for 600K in cash? Who was that for? Myself and others asked him and he wont answer
Is that important, Hell yes because it is more dilution. His 50M come due in april, more dilution. Asher shares come due also
