I been the one selling the past couple of days, still own a tad over 1M
My opinion since I have spoken to JB tons of times over a yr
He is afraid to commit. He could of bought a franchise last yr for 42M (he had the funding) which was a CA pizza franchise. His BID was 37M and was denied. Of course someone came right in and got it.
We had location 1 signed 3 weeks ago almost????
We had location 2 a 50 percent off lease for 6 months (he said bargain)
Blah Blah Blah
The PPS has fallen and cant get up. Any signing now wont do jack for the PPS without a PROMO which I told JB many times. So he may only tweet a signing IMO.
Also any signing now means an opening in March? Guess what? Lots of dilution hit in March
