Heck no.  Think to yourself.  He has frozen the O/S and A/S right.  That is only until July.  What about after that.  I bought into this stock and then realized with the little amount that I had I would probably be better off with another stock that has much more potential.  All bcap is is speculative right.  If it goes up great but the highest I think it will go is .03.  After that what then?  Either a R/S or a buyback of shares for this common stock will have to happen.  Plus we have no idea what is happening with the other couples such as the one philcheese bought into?  Think about it?
