It has been a while since my last update. While negotiations with the judgment holder continues, I have decided that the business must go forward, with or without a settlement. Not having a settlement does impact the structure of an acquisition, but waiting for an beneficial agreement is untenable. I hope to be able to communicate some tangible results in the near term. I appreciate shareholders patience.
