10Q3 showed the best quarter to date with reduced expenses, etc.  Sure there have been many false starts, delays, etc and I've done my own share of bitching about them. The 10K should improve over the 3rd Q and show the best year to date.  In addition I think ditching Belize will save astronomical costs which can be focused on other projects.  There are only a handful that know the whole TECO story and their full potential. The rest is noise!
