With this exceptional volume at higher prices, it seems likely a big part of the float has now joined up with the stronger hands. Much tougher for the infernal mms to crash pps, one would think,  though mms are devious crooks. The CF tranche of Q1 '14 are 1-yr restricted, from my reading of the fins.
