"somone" - ummm how about shareholders that simply want to sell thier position due to lack of confidence in the business - remember we're an oil company that can't seem to add oil production (at least according to last time I checked the TRRC reports) and it's been over three years! Not to mention the market is in the middle of a correction that could get pretty severe and if that happens all stocks will be down - small /micro caps will likely be down more than most.

Can't understand why anyone would be baffled the stock is down - it's still got a market cap of over $11 M - based on last quarters results I feel it's still overvalued - I'm predicting the stock price will continue it's downtrend for the foreseeable future - barring some substantial news from teh company but I'm not holding my breath on that.
