Until I see a filing or PR for the "whale" that saved Baltia, its still merely a rumor.
Aside from that potentially great news, not much else has changed. Simulator training was supposed to begin in January. Now, sometime in February. Hopefully that starts tomorrow as opposed to 3 weeks from now. Nobody knows for sure other than Baltia.
The c-check, as far as I remember, has been going on 6 months or so at the very least.
So, it really it tough so get excited about an article where in a small newspaper claiming they are going to fly soon. It really has happened a lot, even though they are closer than ever now. So many delays and snags can happen...as we well know.
