We need a confirmed bottom, but the action over the past 2 hours has been great with PULS.  It bounced from .69 to where its at now at .72.  I picked up 5500 more to help my average at .70.  I will definitely be adding more here once the bottom is confirmed.

I like the biotech focus.  They are high risk, high reward stocks like in pennyland, but they offer more liquidity and sometimes better predictability (as s7w says, history often repeats itself) with the charting.
