I think all BoBo was trying to say was we should temper our expectations.  Sometimes when we see a post saying that EWSI will be at 0.30 soon, and that goal isn't met with news, there's even greater disappointment and then mass selloff.  Maybe we can take a cue from Martin and lowball and then exceed?  Long long term though, I know EWSI is going to the higher exchanges with the big companies.  Short term, it's anyone's guess with the odd way the PPS responds to great news.  I do trust Martin though when he says EWSI will qualify for an uplisting by end of the year.
