Preliminary details have been discussed between the Companies showing interest, which is followed by a period of due diligence being completed by both sides. Having a financial and software background, the initial Companies entering discussions with Mind Solutions are small to mid-size firms that have the resources to take the Company's technology to another level.

Following the due diligence period, Mind Solutions will consider all offers made that may enhance the valuation for our shareholders. It is the goal of The Company to partner with or be acquired by a top technology firm that has the resources to bring our patented EEG headset to market as the premiere platform to be utilized by the BCI (Brain-Computer-Interface) market. The Company plans to continue developing additional thought-controlled software applications as their core business, while discussing potential partnerships with outside firms
