Don't be afraid to let a new base form with new investors and importantly new investors $$$, we deserve our low average IMO. I've made a lot of these kinds of purchases and all they did was screw w/ my %.
Dut damn I admire a post like this. Good things happening, I had been flipping some and holding a core but I've increased my core now. Flipping is too dangerous now, I think our boys are getting ready to unleash the fury.
And if not I'm psychologically prepared to handle it lol.
