Following the due diligence period, Mind Solutions will consider all offers made that may enhance the valuation for our shareholders. It is the goal of The Company to partner with or be acquired by a top technology firm that has the resources to bring our patented EEG headset to market as the premiere platform to be utilized by the BCI (Brain-Computer-Interface) market.
