Just thought about a situation I was in about two years ago (Oct. - Nov. 2010), with ACTC (Advanced Cell Technology).  I was sitting on a pile of shares, and had no funds left to average down, and the pps kept dropping and dropping.  I was about 40% underwater with the share price @ .045.  Guys I knew from a couple of message boards were buying chunks everyday as the price dropped.  It was killing me.  Then ACTC got FDA approval for clinical trials to test their stem cell treatment for Stargardt's disease.  The price shot up from .045 to over .20 in a couple of weeks.  I learned my lesson there, keep some powder dry.  That kind of run up is possible here IMHO, I've got lots of tickets but if the price keeps dropping I'll get more.
