Yesssss....they don't HAVE to PR this event............
I am just hoping they file an 8-K (even though they might not HAVE to either) as an EXCUSE (this time.....an excuse IN OUR FAVOR) to make a Press Release!
You see....if there are still restrictions being placed upon them by "you know who", then filing the 8-K might lead to the "unnecessary PR" being accepted by "you know who".
Heck.....bottom line.....I am hoping they will use any excuse at their disposal to be obligated to PR this event. In other words.....file the unnecessary 8-K, and then place the "SEC required" PR that is a must when the 8-K is filed...............
