My favorite part is, "as we post our next Q and get closer to uplisting". That means that Steve intended to be uplisting some time between the last Q and the next Q. HMMMMM.... not much time left until the next Q! The only thing that worries me is that the requirements specifically state that in order to be accepted we have to have .10 pps or higher for 90 days prior to application, or not be publicly traded before application. Does anyone know how we get around that? I know Steve said that we were invited to uplist. Does that mean they are bending the rules for us?
