This company and it's stock has been a very frustrating experience for many longs and continues to be. Hence the emotional sensitivity with others whether shareholders or not.  Longs and their positions have also been heavily attacked by those aiming to do harm to the share structure and PPS.   On the other hand those who can't handle the loss need to sell and move on.  I've sold all my common shares but I'm left with my restricted shares which are long.  I'm finally able to sell my restricted shares at this point in time but I will keep them in certificate form indefinitely.  I have no need for the money!  I'm confident the 10K will show TECO's best year to date and then I will chase the PPS if necessary.  I'm also confident the petition hearing will vindicate TECO.  I'm hoping the judge slaps some restraining orders on many and fine them aggressively.
