Not sure what to think about that post myself.  Want to believe it and was intrigued by what sounded like they are taking over someone else's operation and road?  Interesting, but the delivery of the message has me thinking this person is trying too hard.  Sure would be cool to find out it's true and I got no problem eating crow if it is!!  lol
