It seems to me he is already beginning to emphasize the team effort needed to make EWSI succeed.  From the conference call he did credit the team for the 2013 accomplishments.  He could go further to bring attention to more specific members who have done amazing things for the company particularly in their overseas operations.  He did bring Ms. Peterson up directly.  The pictures on Facebook probably feature her more than it does Mr. Nielson.   I am interested on hearing more on the restructuring aspect of the company especially who will be responsible for each team and their immediate goals.
