Steve cannot just wave a magical wand and make the pps rise accordingly. INVESTORS must move this to positive territory and keep it there. Right now. we mostly have drive buys, onlookers, tire kickers, pumpers, bashers, day traders, weak hands, fear mongers, etc......

Until people make a freakin' decision with themselves that this is where they want to keep their money for the long haul and not let the current pps and manipulation bother them, then it is the same ol' ball game here.
