I can't tell you how many times I have urged  friends (who are VERY active trader)s to buy a stock, and then when it finally goes up, I get an email like "Biotech XXX wow, wish I had some." Or, if they actually bought it, it will be "I don't have enough." Of course, they also buy a stock, watch it go down some and sell it, and then I get hateful emails about it until the stock goes up big, and THEN I get the "sure wish I had some" email.

Patience required with biotechs. That said, I admire some on the board who have really been great jumping in and out, taking profits and re-buying, and getting their real basis down very very low. I'm not good enough to do that.
