i should also point out that crew will try and reset here 
which may take the margin call higher (could get to 20c)
which is why i document volume and little tidbits like what
just happened >> 123c bid was jumped to 124c .. and a
1k *imo signal for 10k* was fed to jumped bid >> size showing
@ 124c was 9k >> then 10k fed to 124c bid and size *adjusted*
from 9k to 6k (3k adjustment) >> volume is now just over 135k 

imo the longer mgmt goes without filing an 8k the better but the
timing here re: colluding entities and ability to access *decoys*
is in mgmt's favor if they can utilize it .. it will be interesting to 
see if the next time mgmt files .. it's the annual (K) in March
