So you're allowed to argue, but someone with 0 shares cant argue?  That doesnt make sense to me.  And do you have a list of all the shareholders (rhetorical question)?  So how do you know who has 0 shares, and whether or not they have an "agenda?"  It sounds like to me, that you see what you want to see...and youre making a lot of assumptions.
