$CWNM's wholly owned cannabis subsidiary JVC's primary focus has shifted from THC to cannabidiol, or CBDs.
CBDs are present in almost all strains of the cannabis plant. CBDs are believed to possess many of the therapeutic qualities of THC, but without the psychotropic effects (no "high"). For these reasons, CBDs are considered highly marketable to the segment of the population interested in marijuana related products for the medical benefits but who shy away from the alteration of mood and perception associated with consumption of THC.
