Yes it will come true.  It certainly hasn't happened on any type of expeditious time line.  But if it's worth the wait.  It's all good.  I'm definitely on a Next Week by Next Week delivery mode.  So here goes to Next Week.  It could be interesting if flight schedules and signing dates (days) are all set in place.  Just need them to execute.  so Bring It Home MDMN!
