No, not to my knowledge, but Baltia did obtain about a 1 million dollar loan from Luis Bolanos (Board of Directors) - which was used to purchase N706BL - probably more like a little over 4 years ago.

I have been told (hedge) funds won't touch a stock unless the company has earned and reported revenues.

That Luis Bolanos loan is on the 10-Qs.  N706BL itself is used as collateral for that loan (I guess if things went bad, Luis could park the 747 on his front lawn), and from what I know, interest accumulates until revenues are generated - then the interest (and possibly the loan itself) will be paid back.
