September 7, 2012 -- Titan Resources International Corp. (PINKSHEETS: TNRI) announced that the company has executed an option agreement to acquire 100% ownership of a gold property located in the Abitibi gold belt of the Val D'Or mining region of northern Quebec, Canada.
