Take a look at FMAR folks. I first began looking  at  this bank over a year ago when it was sinking in a sea of red and thought it to be just one more financial institution going down for the count. Even though I didn't buy at the time, it was just .10, I couldn't get it off of my mind and kept checking on it every now and then. It has recently had two very profitable quarters and I assume another is on the way. The pps is now at .60 but I don't think it will be for long. FMAR could easily hit 2.00 or higher by Christmas.
