Personally I find it very hard to buy a stock after it has run up a lot. That's why I didn't buy JAZZ in the teens (sigh). And why I didn't buy more PRAN at half this level (sigh). And ARWR when started back up after it was beaten down so bad, and..... well, you get the picture.
